move a bunch of stuff out of main.rs into the codegen directory, with some small behavioral changes

  • the lambda input rustPlatform now comes before native build inputs when cargoDeps is present, since rustPlatform.fetchCargoTarball comes before nativeBuildInputs

  • inherit (zig.meta) platforms; is replaced with platforms = lib.platforms.all;, they are basically the same and the latter is simpler to implement with the refactor
