v1.5.0: ESM+CJS build, uta/sis/afp overrides, tests and sources for A… …T 2027 (#7) * feat: allow overriding uta, sis and afp in configurarDeclaracion - getConfig/configurarDeclaracion accept { uta, sis, afp } besides { uf }. The tax brackets use the overridden UTA. Each call starts from the year's defaults, so overrides don't stick. - SIS and AFP rates move to config.js and are exposed via obtenerConfiguracion() as SIS and AFP. - Default operación renta goes from 2025 to 2026 (latest year with definitive values). - Add a default export with the whole API so `import taxCl from "tax-cl"` keeps working once the package ships an ESM build.
