v0.1.0 — HBFSim as a public project First tagged release. It carries no change to the simulator: it is the point at which the repository became usable from outside. What is in it - Apache-2.0 licence, CITATION.cff, code of conduct, security policy. - A README built around a quick start that runs, in English and Chinese. - TODO.md: 39 open entries, each naming the artifact that would close it. - CONTRIBUTING.md, stating the rule this project runs on: a number enters the repository only with the checkpoint document that produced it. - Continuous integration: a CPU-only build and test, plus a hygiene job that checks every in-repository Markdown link. The defect this release fixes git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/SlugLab/HBFSim.git failed authentication for every visitor, because the paper submodule points at a private Overleaf repository. The submodule is now marked inactive and scripts/bootstrap.sh initialises only the two build dependencies. Verified from a clone holding no credentials: 152 targets build and 31 of 31 tests pass.
