fix(web): keep the weekly estimate on the mobile cost line - #7

Show the weekly estimate as "$980.59 · $2,579.54" right after the spent amount, on the same line as Tokens and requests, instead of on its own line. Fable windows show their own estimate the same way; unknown estimates are omitted. With four-digit amounts the line fits from 360px. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
