file:...?mode=ro打开 omp 的agent.db。Linux 上的 SQLite 默认不解析file:URI，打开失败后账号表为空，请求全部退回current-account。CI 的collector-omp用例因此失败，0.16.1 的发版流程停在测试步骤，没有打标签和发布镜像。macOS 系统 SQLite 解析 URI，本机测试没有暴露。改动
改用普通路径加
readonly: true打开，行为与只读 URI 相同。验证
bun run typecheck，bun test tests/collector-omp.test.ts12 项通过。oven/bun:1.4.4Linux 容器里bun test tests，omp 与 agy 用例全部通过。唯一失败的发版脚本用例需要 git 目录，容器里没有复制它，CI 环境不受影响。🤖 Generated with Claude Code
