fix(collector): give development app builds their own bundle identifier - #60

macOS resolves the registered background jobs by bundle identifier, so a verification build in dist/ with the installed app's identifier could take over the live sync job. build:collector now produces Meterleaf Dev.app with io.meterleaf.collector.dev; build:app produces the installable Meterleaf.app. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
