Fix PostgreSQL backup fetcher to skip LTR clone 404 errors - #108

During LTR backup operations, Azure may return server references that don't exist as actual resources, causing 404 errors. This change silently skips these errors for servers with "ltrclone" in their name, while still propagating other errors.
