NoSuchUploadfrom permanent not-found errors so uploads can retry with a new multipart session. Covers typed/wrapped SDK errors and string fallback; preservesNoSuchKey, cancellation, andallow_missing_files_on_downloadbehavior.Tests: regression fails before the fix; passes after:
