Since January 2025 I have been leading technical support for an information system at GIASOFT: I run the support team, handle system rollouts for clients, gather requirements and turn them into tasks for developers.
I am now deliberately learning Python, machine learning and LLMs to move into AI/ML development. I am at the beginning of this path, and this profile shows where I actually am.
