The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR (UE) 2023/1115) requires companies to ensure that relevant products placed on or exported from the EU market are deforestation-free, legally produced and supported by due diligence.

The regulation applies from 30 December 2026 for large and medium-sized operators, and from 30 June 2027 for most micro and small operators.

Compliance means collecting supply chain data, linking commodities to their production plots, assessing and mitigating risks, and retaining supporting evidence.

Tilkal helps you go beyond submitting due diligence statements: trace products back to their origin, assess sourcing risks, address issues and maintain connected evidence - while automating time-consuming tasks as your supply chains evolve.
