Welcome to ToxSec
Security for a world run by machines that lie.
I’m ToxSec. Hacker, M.S. Cybersecurity, CISSP. I’ve spent my career breaking (and defending) systems at the highest levels: NSA, U.S. Government defense contractors, and in big tech.
Now I’m laser-focused on the most dangerous frontier in security: AI systems that think, adapt, and lie on command.
These machines aren’t just hallucinating anymore. They’re being jailbroken, distilled, poisoned, and weaponized at scale. Traditional cybersecurity wasn’t built for this.
ToxSec shows you exactly how the attacks work. before the bad guys use them against you.
How I Write
Fair question to ask a guy who writes about lying machines: how much of this was written by a machine?
Here’s the whole pipeline.
1. The source material is the day job.
Research, papers, and real incidents I’ve worked or watched go sideways. Nothing here starts life as a prompt.
2. AI does the grunt work.
Chasing citations, fact-checking claims, digging through a 60 page paper for the one paragraph that actually matters. Research assistant, not ghostwriter.
3. I say it out loud.
Every piece gets talked through and transcribed before it gets typed. The rambling, the cursing, the metaphors that shouldn’t work but do. That’s the voice you’re reading. It came out of my mouth first.
4. AI sorts the wreckage.
A transcript is chaos. The model orders the sections and fits them to the template. Structure, not substance.
5. Editorial pass and QA.
I read the whole thing back, kill anything that sounds like a press release, verify every technical claim, and confirm the chain actually holds. Then the payload gets redacted.
The machine helps me research and organize. It doesn’t get to think for me. Every take, every metaphor is mine.
