Significant Coastal Impacts from Nor'Easter; Hurricane Nolo Bring Gusty Winds and Heavy Rain to Hawaii

A nor'easter will continue to bring significant coastal impacts to the Mid-Atlantic and New England into Monday. Moderate to major coastal flooding, heavy rain, strong winds, and high surf are expected. Hurricane Nolo will remain south of the Big Island of Hawaii with gusty winds and heavy rainfall that may bring significant, life-threatening flooding and mudslides through the weekend. Read More >

Scattered thunderstorms continue tonight and will redevelop during the daytime Sunday, especially near and southeast of I-44. Not every location will see rain.
Rain will fall over most or all of our area beginning Tuesday night and lasting into Friday. Rainfall totals will be heavy in a few spots, particularly Wednesday night and Thursday.
Hot weather persists for a few more days, but temperatures will be dropping into the 70s and 80s by midweek and lasting for at least several days thereafter.
The main weather story will be the chance for widespread rainfall from Tuesday to Friday. Temperatures will start very warm and drop to typical October levels by late-week.
