I waited 50 minutes for a car wash, which in fact had already been done. The customer relations man argued and was unapologetic, saying they can only go on what the system says. The service manager was then extremely helpful and apologetic.

Normally everything ok, but asked them to check the 'capacity' of the hybrid battery. I'd supplied data since purchased new, of charge and mileage and now a much reduced range. Just told nothing was wrong with the battery! Yet it's giving < 65% :((

The whole experience was very pleasant. Staff are interested and attentive and want to ensure you are being looked after and comfortable etc. Richard Rhodes was a pleasure to deal with, and very thorough and not at all pushy.
