My Setup

This page lists a couple of services that I enjoy using (hence the name). If there is an asterisk (*) after a link, this means it's a promotion or affiliate link, where I (and potentially you) get a little kickback. I will only list things that I can recommend, because I have tried them and they work for me. Your mileage, as always, may vary.

Blog - Software and Services

• The blog is hosted on a Ionos VPS. (*)
• I monitor the uptime of the VPS with UptimeRobot. (*)
• I'm using the Ghost platform.
• I get my (GDPR compliant) analytics from Plausible.

Sport - Software and Tech

• Garmin watch - currently on a FR255.
• Strava for all the social fun.
• A Whoop band for monitoring the vitals (* - Get a free WHOOP 4.0 and one month free when you join with my link).
• Zwift for cross-training on the bike (* - 30 days free for you if you sign up with this link, 30 days free for me).

Life - Software and Services

• My photos are stored on ente.io (* if you sign up for a paid plan with code 'XPDSTJ' both of us get 10GB of storage for free).
• My entire music library is handled by my Roon server. (*)
• I use Signal for messaging and you can use this link to contact me (without sharing your phone number).
