  • Photos should be in their natural state, free of filters and retouching.
  • Refrain from submitting selfie photos.
  • Keep a neutral facial expression without smiling or pouting.
  • Present yourself without makeup and with natural hair.
  • Opt for well-fitted clothing.

Please be aware that many people are approached by imposters looking to take advantage of people’s ambitions and falsely claim to be connected to Storm Management.

If you are contacted by anyone online or in person who claims to represent Storm or scouting on our behalf, please do not respond without first verifying their identity with us. All Storm employees will correspond via an email domain ending with either @stormmanagement.com or @stormmanagement-la.com

Always remember to contact us via email or phone if you have any suspicions after being approached by someone who claims to be a representative of Storm Management, our team will be happy to help.
