Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy,” “Policy”) describes the types of Personal Data NOTUS Media, LLC (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect through our websites and mobile applications (collectively, the “Sites”) and how we use and may share that data. This Privacy Policy does not apply to personal data that you provide to us offline or in the employment context, such as when you apply for a job, fellowship, or internship with us. By accessing the Sites, you agree to our collection and use of Personal Data as described herein and in our Terms of Use.

Personal Data We Collect

When you interact with the Sites, we may collect your name, email address, physical address and phone number, and information about topics of interest to you. If you register for a free account we will collect your email address; you may also provide us with your name, company, title, CIP Code and make choices about your account preferences. If you choose to subscribe to our services we may collect your full name, email addresses, phone number, postal address and type of subscription you select. Payment card information used to pay for your subscription is collected by our third party payment processor, who discloses to us your name and confirms that your payment has been processed; we do not collect your payment method information.

We may also automatically collect and log your IP address, and information about how you interact with the Sites, including information about browser type, browser version, operating system, the pages on the Sites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When you access the Sites by or through a mobile device, we may automatically collect and log information about the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit the Sites and or when you access the Sites by or through a mobile device.

Use of your Personal Data

We may use your Personal Data to provide our services, to contact you, to respond to your requests, to send you our newsletter or other alerts you have requested, to advertise or market our or others’ products or services to you, for customer support, analytics and internal business analysis. We do not share or sell customer phone numbers for the purpose of marketing. Customer numbers may be shared with service providers to fulfill our commitments to customers.

Like most websites, we use cookies, pixels, web beacons, Artificial Intelligence services and similar technologies as well as system logs to collect aggregate (non-personal) information about Site usage by all of our visitors and to help us remember you and your preferences when you revisit the Sites. Personal Information of Children

California residents with an established business relationship with us are permitted by California law once in a calendar year to request information about the manner in which we shared certain categories of information with others for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. The Policy in effect at the time you use the Site governs how we may use your information.
