适应症Usage

全层或部分皮层损伤的伤口，如有中到大量渗出液都可选用。如烧伤供皮区、尿病溃疡、下肢静脉溃疡、压疮、癌性溃疡等。

使用方法

Usage

1.常规清洁伤口，选合适大小的料，填塞空腔伤口时注意不要填的过紧。

2.需要第二层料固定，可选用绷带，带等。

3.大部分渗出较严的伤口需天更换料，随着愈合过程的进展，可适当延长换药时间，如周两次或者周一次，换料的征可参照第二层料是否出现渗出液痕迹。

4.藻酸盐伤口料不可使用。

5.料可以完整出，藻酸盐伤口料如果用在渗出不多的伤口上，会出现料与伤口粘连的现象，这时应使用生理盐水浸泡后再去除料，否会损伤新生组织不利于伤口愈合。

4.AlginateWoundDressingmustnotbere-usable.

5.Dressingcanbetakenoutperfectly.IfAlginateWoundDressingisusedonlittleexudativewound,itwouldappearthatdressing adheretothewound.When this happens,please use saline to soak before removing the dressing,then peel off the dressing,otherwise it will hurt cambium and isnot good for wound healing.

换药时确保料已从潜在腔隙，窦道等空腔伤口中出，对藻酸盐过敏的病人不宜使用。

Whenchangingdressing,pleasemakesurethecalciumalginatehave been taken outfrompotentiallacunaandsinustract.It is not suitable for patients who are allergic to the calcium alginate.
