A phone booth is the perfect prop. Half the people who step in will test it the way everyone tests an IVR: say "agent" three times and see what happens. Curious how the live build on the 24th handles that.
While most of the industry is caught up in serving AI agents, it’s easy to miss that humans have been waiting for a long time to have a better experience interacting with SaaS through natural language and voice.
Thats a great concept, indeed, specially since a great deal of the audience might have never used/talked into one of these! 😆 (and yeah, we’re getting old…)
