The Data Shapes Working Group has published a First Public Working Draft of SHACL 1.2 Inference Rules. This document defines the Inference Rules support of the SHACL Shapes Constraint Language (SHACL). While the Core part of SHACL focuses on the basic syntax of shapes and constraint validation of data graphs, the SHACL Inference Rules cover features that can be used to infer new triples from existing triples in the data graph. The Web Authentication Working Group has published a First Public Working Draft of Web Authentication: An API for accessing Public Key Credentials Level 4. Congrats to the Working Group, Chair Anthony Nadalin, the former Editors and Editors: Tim Cappalli (Okta), Akshay Kumar (Microsoft), Emil Lundberg (Yubico), 👨💻 Matthew Miller (Cisco), Pascoe (Apple), Nina Satragno (Google) and David Waite(Ping Identity).                   This specification defines an API enabling the creation and use of strong, attested, scoped, public key-based credentials by web applications, for the purpose of strongly authenticating users. Gerald Oskoboiny, W3C Principal DevOps Engineer announced: "W3C IRC bots now open source." Many W3C groups use IRC for chatting and taking minutes during teleconferences, with assistance from IRC bots. Two of the most common bots are RRSAgent for recording minutes, and Zakim for agenda and queue management. These bots, written by Ralph Swick, have assisted over 60,000 meetings at W3C (yes, sixty thousand!) over the past 25 years. Thank you, Ralph! Now they are open source on GitHub.
