  • Digital accessibility is reshaping the retail landscape. In his new article for The Retail Bulletin, our Vice President, Europe, Russell Webb, shares his insights—supported by our recent industry research:  “When accessibility is factored into UX design early, it doesn’t just enhance experiences—it increases customer satisfaction, lowers costs, drives innovation, expands your customer base, and boosts reputation.” → Check out the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eqdDZcA7? #EuropeanAccessibilityAct #A11y #ECommerce #DigitalAccessibility

  • Grateful to have been part of the energy and innovation at the Indiana Office of Technology’s Second Annual State of Technology Symposium earlier this month!  We enjoyed connecting with local government and IT leaders who share our passion for #DigitalAccessibility and are leading the way in public sector innovation. Our very own Thomas Raville, Senior Solutions Engineer, led a powerful session: “How to Prepare for ADA Title II: Digital Accessibility for Court Technology.” He explored how judicial systems can comply with #TitleII of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by making court technology—such as online dockets, virtual hearings, and public records—accessible to all. He emphasized that, beyond compliance, accessible digital services ensure every member of the public can fully engage with court services. #CourtManagement #A11y #TitleII

  • Great design keeps inclusion top of mind—with #accessibility baked in from the very start. We’re proud to spotlight the Accessible Design Framework, created by our Principal of Accessible Design, Karen Hawkins, CPACC. With over a decade of experience designing inclusive digital experiences, Karen developed this framework as a proactive approach to guide designers in seamlessly integrating accessibility into their existing workflows. Karen emphasizes that “#AccessibleDesign isn’t as simple as thinking about the different technologies people use...” To build truly accessible experiences, we must recognize the constant interplay between human intent, design decisions, and the technologies that bring them to life. →  Delve into Karen’s guest blog on our site for a full picture of the framework: https://hubs.la/Q03Mdqj00 #DigitalAccessibility #A11y #InclusiveDesign
