64% of email marketers use AI, but only 1.1% start an email with it, according to our 2026 RGE Survey. At AI Confessions, our latest Email Support Group, Justine Jordan, Matt Helbig, and Baird's John Seals showed where AI actually earns its place in their email work, and which parts of the job they'd rather keep. Swipe for the highlights, plus a few confessions from our own chats with Claude. The full recap goes further, with how our lifecycle marketer mines sales calls for onboarding ideas, the prompt library we built for the RGE Studio MCP, and the panel's take on the question everyone asks: will AI replace email marketers? Read it on our blog: https://lnkd.in/eRe9MBj4 Which part of your email work would you happily hand to AI, and which would you never give up?

You click "Set up your account." And land on... a help article. Cool. Cool cool cool. It seems tiny, but this is the first promise your email makes to someone who just decided to give you a shot. And immediately, you've sent them somewhere they weren't expecting. Not exactly a confidence booster. In one of our latest Feedback Fridays, Kelsey Yen, who runs lifecycle email for RGE and RGE Studio, joined Matt Helbig to put our own onboarding sequence under the microscope. No special treatment. No "but we made it" excuses. Just the same teardown we'd give anyone else. Five real emails. From handling that first objection to whatever fresh nonsense Outlook decides to pull that day. Swipe for the breakdown. Then hit the full article on our website for the whole teardown: https://lnkd.in/eTHaWWKk #emailmarketing #onboardingemails

Some marketers trust AI with everything. Others won't let it within 10 feet of a subject line. And then there's the rest of us: 17 tabs open, five AI tools running, and no clue which one to actually trust. So, we asked 855 marketers how they actually feel about AI. Justine Jordan, Matt Helbig, and John Seals are spilling the results at our next Email Support Group: AI Confessions. We're talking: 🤖 Where AI earns trust, and where it absolutely does not 🫠 Why brand voice gets weird, fast 🛠️ Real, practical ways to make AI work for your emails instead of against them ⚡️ Plus, RGE Studio's MCP server and how it fits into the chaos No AI hype train. No "10x your productivity" nonsense. Just honest answers and a few useful ways to make the robots behave. 🗓️ September 23 | 12:00 PM ET Save your seat → https://lnkd.in/eAmbpJAP

🎗️ A coffee bag funding a breast cancer fundraiser. A university spotlighting the mammography van that started it all. October's coming, inboxes are about to turn pink, and not all of it will land the same way. We scrolled through some Breast Cancer Awareness Month emails we received and picked out the ones that actually said something: ✅ A purchase that funds something real, not just a good feeling ✅ A story doing more work than any banner could ✅Even a pet brand jumped in with pink ribbon everything But saying something true is only half the job. In our new blog post, we broke down what happens to these ideas once they hit a real inbox. The breakdown (plus the brands that got the technical side right too) is live on our blog: https://lnkd.in/exhvMiDb

Your intern just asked if the "AI-generated" watermark needs to go on emails where AI only fixed a typo in the subject line. You didn't have a confident answer. Turns out, the EU AI Act draws the line somewhere most people don't expect. We put the most useful parts into this carousel: what generally doesn't need disclosure, when it does, and what to track even when it doesn't. The full breakdown is live on our blog: https://lnkd.in/eXZszEgk

Ever catch yourself asking ChatGPT to write a subject line, then going back to your usual workflow when it's time to actually build the email? You're not alone. We surveyed the email industry this year, and the gap between "uses AI" and "trusts AI enough to start from scratch" was hard to ignore. So we went digging into our own data to figure out why: - What actually makes people comfortable hitting send on AI output - The email-production myth about AI that didn't survive contact with our numbers - The question that helps sort almost every AI use case in email production Swipe through for the short version. Full breakdown, numbers and all, on the blog: https://lnkd.in/eKZU9-Vf What's your actual AI trust threshold: drafting, editing, or full builds?

Ever watch a cooking show and just copy the recipe, without understanding why it works? That's exactly what happens with email design trends. So in our latest webinar, we broke this year's biggest ones down to the principles underneath them. We packed the key takeaways into this carousel. 👨🍳 What's on the menu: • The real reason trending illustrations work (spoiler: it's not the art style) • What actually makes bigger type easier to scan • Why earth tones feel so effective right now • Why rounded corners create more breathing room than you'd expect 👉 Swipe through for the highlights. Then head to the full article for the framework: which trends to adopt, which to adapt, and which to skip entirely: https://lnkd.in/eQNraNCA #emaildesign

📚 Coffee. Backpacks. That specific chaos of relearning everyone's schedule at once. It's that time of year again, inboxes are turning into backpacks, notebooks, and "first day ready" energy. We scrolled through this season's back-to-school drop and picked out the ones that actually landed: ✅Color choice and brand voice doing all the work, no discount needed ✅Characters and checklists standing in for the usual hero banner ✅Zero fake urgency, zero countdown clocks But looking good in the preview is the easy part. In our new blog post, we broke down what actually happens to these ideas once they hit a real inbox, Outlook, dark mode, blocked images, and all. Go read it and get ready for September to start. 💌 The breakdown (plus four more brands and the technical stuff most roundups skip) is live on our blog: https://lnkd.in/ePChsdqB

Last year, sans serif was everywhere. This year, serif is back like it forgot its keys. 🫠 That's the problem with design trends. They move too fast to build your whole strategy around them. So this year's Design Trends webinar is not a giant list of stuff you should copy immediately. Yes, we'll cover serif typography, illustrations, earth tones, and more. But more importantly, we'll show you how to decide what to use, what to remix, and what to leave on the mood board where it belongs. Then we'll put that thinking to work on real emails, live. Good design means knowing what actually belongs in your own recipe, not reheating someone else's. 📅 Wednesday, August 19 🕘 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET Can't make it live? Save your spot anyway. We'll send the replay straight to your inbox. 👉 Hit the link and save your seat: https://lnkd.in/exbpSthi

Three brands. Three sets of fonts, assets, and ways of doing things. One primary email builder. No pressure. 😅 That's Ashley Treangen's setup at Docupace, where she manages email production across Docupace, Hubly, and PreciseFP. She builds campaigns in RGE Studio, then moves them into Salesforce Account Engagement. So naturally, we wanted to know how she keeps it all straight, from the way she starts every new email, to the 10-second manual fix she makes before every send, to the workflow behind 334 exports in the past year. See how she makes it work → https://lnkd.in/dmffJZBF
