Who's launching with stablecoins has completely changed in the last 12 months. First came a wave of neobanks that went stablecoin first, global by default. That wave continues today. Then the GENIUS Act kicked off a second one: large institutions and traditional fintechs making their first moves into stablecoins. Now companies like MoneyGram are rethinking their entire business to run more efficiently, monetize differently, and reach new places. The most interesting part is all the companies we wouldn't have imagined a year ago now approaching us to think through how stablecoins apply to their business. Whop is one of the fastest growing partners on Rain right now. Last week we marked the launch of Whop Cards with a private dinner in New York, bringing together the Whop team and a room of founders and investors. Whop's 40,000 businesses generate $4B in annualized earnings. Before Whop Cards, sellers had to withdraw those earnings to an external bank account and wait days, with FX risk for international users. Now they spend instantly anywhere Visa is accepted, at 175M merchant locations worldwide. With Rain, Whop launched a compliant global stablecoin card program from day one, and is one of the clearest examples of how innovative companies are using stablecoins to build financial services that weren't possible before. Thanks to everyone who joined us to celebrate!

Wallet monitoring comes standard in Rain's full-stack stablecoin suite, in partnership with Chainalysis. Before value moves through a Rain-powered product, we screen where it's been: source of funds, counterparty exposure, sanctions risk, layered across our internal controls and Chainalysis' blockchain analytics. Their Director of Regulation and Compliance, Caitlin Barnett, breaks down how it works. How wallets get clustered and attributed to real-world entities, how exposure analysis quantifies risk even when a wallet looks clean, and why regulators expect real-time monitoring from stablecoin payment infrastructure. Rain has never had a down quarter, thanks to the companies that trust our stablecoin infrastructure. We're signing customers faster than we can launch them, and to keep up, headcount has grown from 15 to about 130 in 18 months, with hires prioritized across compliance, product, engineering, and platform. Rain's growth is the product of the entire industry accelerating, and our early bet that stablecoins will simply become money starting to bear out. Our partners come in every size. From the four-person team building agentic payment infrastructure out of a WeWork, to publicly traded market leaders like Western Union, to hypergrowth partners like Whop and Slash executing at an unrelenting pace. And since the GENIUS Act passed, all kinds of companies you wouldn't expect have been coming to us with new ideas. About two-thirds of our signed partners are live today. Many more Rain-powered applications are in the works, some still early, some already full steam ahead. There's a lot of growth in the tank. From Farooq M.'s discussion with Miguel Armaza on Fintech Leaders.

A closer look at scoped cards: stablecoin cards with programmable limits. Each one created for a specific job. Whenever you delegate spending to an employee, a contractor, a vendor, or an AI agent, you decide how much buying power to hand over. Scoped cards build that decision into the card itself. The parameters are set at issuance and enforced by Rain at authorization: max amount, merchant or merchant category, expiration, single-use, and recurring budgets. An employee books a flight to the company offsite on a card capped at $250. A vendor gets paid once, on a card that retires when the charge clears. An agent's card works at approved merchants and nowhere else. Every cardholder completes KYC, the same verification behind all of Rain's card programs. Platform guardrails come standard: caps on active cards and daily spend per user, configurable per partner. The right credential, for the right moment, for exactly as long as it's needed.
