Most early-stage founders are not struggling because they lack ambition or ideas. They struggle because they are forced to make high-stake decisions before they have built the skills to make them well. In the first 12–18 months, founders are expected to make decisions on prioritisation, pricing, customers and growth before they have had the chance to build the skills required to make those decisions well. The cost is often confusion, rework, and slow traction. This session is built to address that reality. And who better to share than two leaders who have built and scaled companies from the ground up. Join Rick Hammell, SPHR, founder and global expansion leader and Girish Redekar, CEO and Co-founder of Sprinto, as they break down the personal, strategic, and go-to-market fundamentals that bring clarity early and prevent costly course corrections later. TRUST 🌟 A short five letter word but carries a lot of weight in every relationship including business relationships. Think about the last time you signed off on a vendor or approved a platform or onboarded a new partner. The decision probably didn’t hinge on excitement. It hinged on comfort. You wanted to feel sure. Sure that nothing would come back to haunt you. Sure that you wouldn’t have to answer difficult questions later. Sure that saying yes wouldn’t create hidden risk. That feeling, often unspoken is trust. And in modern buying journeys, trust is no longer built through conversations alone. It’s built through signals that reassure customers before they ever engage. And data suggests that #Compliance is one of those signals. This insight is one of the foundations of the The Business ROI of Compliance 2026 report, shaped by real conversations with founders and operators. We reveal it all in this latest report! We have been here before. Every time a new law comes out, it feels like the same cycle starts again. We saw this in 2018 with GDPR. We are seeing it now with the new AI and privacy rules. The names of the regulation change but the feeling of lagging behind remains. The biggest problem we face today is that a lot of teams simply do not know where their data actually goes. It is hard to protect something if you cannot find it. For these teams, compliance is not just about following a new law. It is about finally figuring out how their own internal systems work. If that foundation is missing, every new rule feels like a crisis. If it is there, these changes are much easier to handle. In this edition of Ctrl+GRC, we look at why today’s compliance chaos feels so familiar.   Read the full breakdown👇

For decades, businesses have measured the factors they believe drive growth. But they have been far less rigorous about measuring what restrains it. And #Compliance has long belonged to this second category. It has lived in the background as something that's necessary and it's quietly assumed to be a cost of doing business. Its impact felt but rarely quantified. That left us with an obvious question. The one that surprisingly hadn’t been asked often enough: What does compliance actually do to revenue? That question led us here. Today, we’re launching 💥 The Business ROI of Compliance 2026 report💥 a data backed examination of how compliance influences revenue, growth and trust and what changes when its impact is finally made visible. How do you really know your SaaS is secure? You pass the audit. The pentest report comes back clean. For a while, it feels like everything's under control. But that’s just reality for that point of time. In 2026, threats will be moving faster than checklists and relying on periodic security checks can leave gaps.Let’s talk about what actually works now! Swati Rastogi (VP, Global Sales, Astra Security) and Vipul Tagai (Senior Solutions Engineer, Sprinto) are sitting down for a real conversation about how teams are moving to continuous assurance, combining automated compliance with always-on pentesting to stay ahead of risk. Curious how teams keep security and compliance working together as they grow? Pull up a chair and join us live. Register now 👇

Last week, we created a poll and asked our followers what's their biggest competitive advantage in enterprise sales? Most pointed to customer relationships. Only 2️⃣ 1️⃣ % believed security and compliance play a defining role in winning deals. On the surface, the answer feels reasonable. Relationships have always mattered in enterprise sales. But when we looked at what buyers are actually doing, the picture changed dramatically. Over the past few months, we spoke with leaders across a wide range of early-stage organizations. Forty-one percent told us that more than half of their customers now treat compliance as non-negotiable. These buyers are not raising the question late in the sales cycle. They are raising it at the very beginning. And what's surprising (maybe not) is that it's not being driven by new regulations or external mandates. It is being driven by buyers quietly redefining the minimum standard for trust. In many cases, compliance is no longer what helps you win a deal. It is what determines whether you are considered at all. We’re launching something tomorrow. Stay tuned 👀

We’re back with Meet the Sprinters, a series where we introduce the incredible people who make Sprinto! As a remote first company, our team spans across geographies, cultures and time zones. Each Sprinter bringing their own story, perspective and personality. This series is our way of celebrating the humans behind Sprinto (Sprinters, as we like to call them) and offering a peek into their lives beyond work 🌍 Meet Gautam K.👋 Gautam’s journey to Sprinto began with a quiet twist of fate. A challenge he was facing at work led him to someone at Sprinto who was solving that exact problem. What he didn’t know at the time? That person would soon become his manager. Funny how things have a way of falling into place. But that’s just part of his story. Outside of work, Gautam loves spending time outdoors and hanging out with his furry friends. He has a knack for making friends wherever he goes, especially dogs, who somehow manage to find him everywhere… even at Sprinto offsites🐶 We’re so glad to have you on board, Gautam 🎉 #MeetTheSprinters #LifeAtSprinto #InsideSprinto #SprinterLife💙

With healthcare accelerating its digital transformation, compliance is becoming harder to manage through manual, audit driven processes alone. Healthcare teams are now dealing with multiple frameworks, expanding vendor ecosystems, and the need for continuous visibility into risk, well beyond annual assessments. What’s emerging is a shift toward automated, always on compliance models that map controls to frameworks in real time, surface gaps early and keep organisations audit-ready as they scale. The recent ETCISO coverage, shares how Sprinto turns compliance from a bottleneck into a predictable, scalable capability, without slowing innovation.
