I’m honored to share that I’ll be taking on the role of CEO of Newfold Digital. When I joined Newfold to lead Bluehost Group, I was excited by the opportunity ahead. Since then, my responsibilities expanded to include Network Solutions Group, giving me the privilege of working with extraordinary teams across our company and around the world. Today, I’m even more convinced of the opportunity in front of us. We are entering one of the most consequential periods our industry has seen. AI is changing how businesses are created, how customers discover them, and how technology gets built and consumed. But as technology becomes more powerful, I believe some fundamentals become more important, not less: trust, digital identity, reliable infrastructure, security and human expertise. Across Newfold, we serve approximately 6 million customers in more than 200 countries. Our opportunity is simple to articulate and ambitious to deliver: make it dramatically easier for entrepreneurs and businesses to establish, operate and grow online. I’m grateful to our Board for its confidence in me, and to Sharon Rowlands for her leadership, partnership and support. I look forward to continuing to work closely with Sharon as Executive Chair. Most importantly, I’m grateful to our teams around the world. I’ve seen firsthand the talent, resilience and commitment to customers that exists across Newfold. There is a lot ahead. For American Business Women's Day, team members from both Bluehost Group and Network Solutions Group reflected on the insights from Newfold Digital's 4th Annual Women's Panel: Leading Without a Map: Navigating the Next Generation of Tech.   While AI and technology took center stage, the takeaway was clear: technology is an amplifier, but leadership is still fundamentally human. Winning in a tech-driven world requires curiosity, adaptability and the courage to create clarity amid uncertainty.   Key Insights:   • Don't wait for certainty. Growth happens when we're willing to move forward before a roadmap exists. • Learning agility is the new superpower. The leaders who will succeed tomorrow are the ones who never stop learning today. • Don't cognitively surrender. Use technology to enhance your thinking, not replace it. • Stop waiting until you're 100% ready. Many opportunities are won by those willing to raise their hand before they feel fully prepared. • Bring your authentic self. As Deb Myers shared, "Bring your own special brand of amazing to the table. Because you're the only one that has it."   Sharon Rowlands captured the spirit of the day best: "Our job as leaders isn't to predict the future. It's to build an organization that learns faster than the future changes."
