A line of feedback tells you what someone thinks. It rarely tells you why. Josh Loftis, Product Manager at Miro, built his prototype reviews differently. His team leaves feedback as Talktracks — short videos recorded right on the board, next to the work they're reviewing. Each one carries the reasoning behind the note, which AI can read and work from directly. Then Josh pulls that feedback into Miro Flows to prioritize next steps and generate an updated prototype. In one pass, the team goes from scattered opinions to a shared view of what to build next.

Teams move faster when they agree sooner. J.Crew Group had already mapped workflows, cut steps, and tightened handoffs. But faster steps still meant losing weeks waiting for everyone to align. So they named the real problem — alignment latency, the lag between when work is created and when everyone understands it — and designed the environment for it. They built the Digital Atelier to bring design, merchandising, and tech onto one live Miro board, with the context already there: → Every step connected on one surface, so work and decisions stop living in separate places → Visual assets — sketches, palettes, AI renderings — pulled into one hub anyone can see → Miro Flows turning that visual work into charts, tables, and presentations on the fly As Amanda Kane, SVP of Product Operations, put it: "Speed doesn't come from cutting steps. Love Tomorrow isn't a typical enterprise conference. It's built on the grounds of Tomorrowland, where thousands of people gather around ideas, creativity, and optimism. Not exactly where you'd expect to find a software company talking about the future of teamwork. Which is exactly why we wanted to be there. Rather than leading with product, we invited people to imagine the Team of Tomorrow. In our workshop, leaders from across industries picked up pens, paper, and scissors to sketch what collaboration between people and AI could look like. Those individual ideas were then brought together in Miro and synthesized into one shared artwork with Flows. It was a simple reminder that AI is at its best when it helps teams build on each other's thinking, not replace it. Ben Crowe challenged us to think differently about leadership and mindset, while Dominik Katz reminded us that collective intelligence needs friction. Better ideas rarely come from instant agreement. They come from curiosity, different perspectives, and conversations that make us think a little harder.
