Kicking off the new year with a milestone we’re genuinely proud of 🎉 Last July, OpenAI recognized us as part of the small group of early companies to surpass 10 billion tokens processed on the OpenAI API between January and July 2025 🏆. At a time when many organizations were still evaluating whether or how to meaningfully integrate AI into their businesses, this milestone reflected how deeply AI was already embedded in our day to day operations. OpenAI marked the moment with a literal token of appreciation 🪙. This milestone was about impact. Those tokens represent real customer interactions, real problems solved, and real outcomes delivered across our business 📈. Reaching this scale allowed us to automate and enhance the customer experience through real time, AI powered conversations. This helped customers get answers and resolutions faster ⚡. Internally, we built tools that dynamically pull from multiple repositories to diagnose complex issues and provide support teams with contextual, actionable insights instead of static search results 🧠. Since crossing that milestone, we have grown well beyond it. This progress has been driven by strong partnerships, disciplined innovation, and a team committed to building AI that delivers real world impact 🚀. Grateful for the recognition and excited about what we are continuing to build.

As we wrap up the year, we are thankful for the moments that brought our teams together. From holiday celebrations across Palo Alto, Toronto, Texas, New York, Chicago, and virtually 🎉, it was energizing to connect, celebrate, and close out the year together✨. We also hosted an impactful Executive offsite, followed by engaging offsites with our People and Finance teams, creating dedicated time to reflect, align, and look ahead with intention 🤝. Huge thanks to everyone who helped make these moments so meaningful. Here’s to 2026 🚀

It was inspiring to see everyone roll up their sleeves, collaborate across functions, and turn bold ideas into real prototypes💡. Teams tapped into powerful tools like Codex, Windsurf, Gemini, Replit, Zapier, and Claude to build faster, think bigger, and push the boundaries of what’s possible🌟.

Jerry recently expanded its offerings, branching into home insurance! 🏠✨ Senior Product Manager, Jasmine L., took us behind the scenes: “This is a tough market to shop for home insurance. She joined Jerry in January and has already played a key role helping us hit major milestones. 🚀 She says the most rewarding moments are when the team’s work clearly moves the needle: “For me, the most rewarding moments are when we see a metric move in the right direction as a direct result of the team’s work. One highlight was finally reaching a goal after three months of coordinated initiatives across operations; Data, onshore and offshore Sales, and Service teams. 📣 We’re excited to share two big updates at Jerry! 📣 First, we’re welcoming back Journee Isip as our VP of New Business. 👏 Journee’s return marks an exciting chapter as he leads the launch of a GarageGuard™ feature called the Repair Quotes tool — our latest product update to give drivers peace of mind when your car breaks down. “With GarageGuard, we’ve been focused on giving drivers more clarity and control in moments that are usually confusing or inconvenient. The new Repair Quotes feature is one I’m especially excited about. Instead of calling around to shops and hoping for the best, drivers can use the feature in the Jerry app and see actual prices from shops near them automatically. Having that information up front takes away so much of the uncertainty and makes it easier to move forward with confidence. Coming back to Jerry, I feel energized by the chance to work on products like this, tools that truly help drivers save time and feel more at ease with car ownership.” ✨ This is just the beginning — more to come soon! 🚗✨

Alex has played a foundational role in shaping our engineering culture. From building scalable architecture to launching experimental features, his work reflects the kind of thoughtful craftsmanship we value at Jerry. 🌟 “I'm constantly experimenting and searching for what can be done better. There are always interesting technical challenges here at Jerry, and I love solving complex problems. The web app actually came from my experimentation - I'm always trying different approaches, even iterating over ideas when I'm sleeping and waking up with new things to try. We have plenty of opportunities to grow and learn new things - which keeps me engaged” He’s the kind of engineer who builds systems that work, helps teammates grow, and stays endlessly curious about what’s next. ⚙️ We're lucky to work with people like Alex who care deeply, challenge assumptions, and raise the bar every day!

🚗 After months of upward shifts, car insurance premiums are finally showing signs of stabilizing—but will it last? Joshua Damico, VP of Insurance Operations at Jerry, told MarketWatch that while “things are stabilizing and giving drivers more choices, insurers are still cautious about cutting rates too much right now.” That cautious optimism is showing up in places like Florida and Texas, where some insurers are slowly reentering the market. “We’ve seen several carriers lowering prices and offering more flexible payment terms,” Damico said, giving drivers in these states a window to find better deals. The best way to know what your options really are in this shifting market? Shop around. Comparing real quotes helps you stay informed and make the best decisions as the market evolves.
