The conventional wisdom for many B2B SaaS businesses is that Q4 is a slowdown period compared to the rest of the year, due to seasonality and changing budgets. Not for Ivo. One of the most powerful features of Ivo Repository is its ability to automatically detect and display relationships between documents without requiring any manual tagging. This ensures accurate visibility into related agreements and makes managing contracts over time easier. An example is a Master Service Agreement (MSA) and its: - Statements of Work (SOWs) - Amendments - Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) - Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) Contracting teams no longer have to rely on historical knowledge or try to manually piece together relationships between agreements. They are all mapped out in Repository, ready to review or analyze. Schedule a demo to see how Repository works.

We’ve all seen the headlines: “AI is changing legal work forever.” “AI is completely transforming the legal business model.” “Will AI render lawyers obsolete?” But outside the frothy headlines, how exactly is AI changing legal work in 2026? Our own Rebecca Lynn Baldwin talked with a number of in-house legal professionals recently at the SOLID Atlanta event and discovered that while there was an appetite for technological innovation in the profession, there was a lot of hesitancy about which tools are worth investing in and which are not. In addition, she noted that the role of in-house counsel is changing. In-house legal teams are transitioning away from being knowledge gatekeepers and more towards becoming providers of wise legal judgement. That’s a positive development considering the resource and budget constraints affecting all legal teams. Want to learn more about how AI is changing the practice of law? You’ve decided to invest in an AI-powered contract review and intelligence tool. Great. The next question is how to choose among the dozens of vendors that all appear to offer the same features and capabilities. Natalie Kim, VP, Legal and Corporate Secretary at Omnidian, recently shared four key differentiators to look for when evaluating AI tools: AI-native vs AI-augmented. AI-native tools don’t rely on extensive metatagging. Instead, they use LLMs to identify patterns across your contract library automatically. No long implementation process. AI-native tools directly connect to where your existing contracts are stored and start generating insights immediately–no drawn-out implementation required. Automated knowledge management. What once required constant manual upkeep—playbooks, templates, and standards—can now be automatically categorized, refreshed, and kept up to date as soon as your contracts are connected. Composite views. Modern AI tools show not just point-in-time comparisons, but how contracts evolve over time—capturing amendments, restatements, and changes without costly, time-consuming manual review. What makes Ivo’s AI-powered Repository unique? It doesn’t just store contracts—it understands them. Repository automatically clusters your agreements by template flags deviations so you can see exactly where–and how far–a contract strays from your standard. Click on any flagged contract to see a side-by-side comparison of the differences. No guesswork. No digging. Just clarity across your agreements, so you can identify, visualize, and reduce risk, and know exactly where renewals and renegotiations matter most. Watch the video below to learn more.

If you're evaluating AI contract review tools, the real question is: can your platform generate meaningful insight? The buying criteria for legal AI tools in 2026 looks very different than it did even a year ago. In one year, AI contract review has gone from a side experiment to a core part of a legal team’s tech stack. Tools are faster, more accurate, and built for real operational use. CLMs, copilots, and review platforms are converging because teams now want one system that reviews, summarizes, benchmarks, and manages contract knowledge.
