Health Savings Accounts are more than just a way to cover medical costs; they’re also becoming a key tool for long-term financial wellness. Across the country, most HSA contributions are actively being put to work. About 73% are spent on current healthcare needs, while 27% are being saved for the future. And HSA funds roll over year after year, unlike FSAs that typically must be used within the same calendar year, offering flexibility that grows with you.

“I joined BofA in 2001 as a part-time teller while I was in school for nursing. Once I got here, I realized very quickly that this was a place I could grow and build a career. Since then, I have worked in every role within our financial centers, including financial center manager. I am always seeking to raise the bar, both for myself and the team I support.” This is one of the many reasons why Marie P. believes Bank of America is a #GreatPlacetoWork See how we’re helping our teammates and communities thrive. https://go.bofa.com/0oxfye

The numbers are in: thanks to the thousands of passionate runners, charity partners, and supporters that were a part of the 2025 Bank of America Chicago Marathon, a record-setting $47.1 million was raised to benefit nonprofits around the world. The Chicago Marathon has always been about more than the 26.2 miles — it’s about our community showing up for each other and turning miles into meaningful impact. This year, our community truly went above and beyond, breaking last year’s fundraising total by $11 million. And the impact doesn’t stop, as more than 200,000 runners have applied for a chance to run the 2026 race. https://lnkd.in/gAyZ4jew

Every family has their own unique story, and we’re committed to fostering a workplace where all families can thrive. Jenn Saas is one of our many employees whose parenting journey began through fostering. What started as temporary care for two teenagers became a permanent adoption story – after navigating emotional highs and lows, paperwork, school transitions and more. With encouragement from her team and benefits like paid parental leave and legal assistance, Jenn was able to focus on what mattered most: creating a safe, loving home where her children could grow and believe in a brighter future.
