On October 21, 2025, Meta and Blue Owl announced a $27Bn joint venture to finance the development and operations of Meta’s Hyperion data center. A Blue Owl investment vehicle issued a $27Bn project bond to finance its investment. Meta is the developer, operator, and sole tenant for the data center campus.
