Working at Trifork, now on a longer-term engagement as a process architect.

What I’m Working With

Work:

  • Working with a single customer (for the first time in my 7+ years as a consultant) in a process coaching & facilitation role. Learning a lot about how smaller organizations handle change, pressure, and politics 🕵🏻‍♂️
  • Looking at how our cross-office ‘delivery guild’ can work out a sustainable set of practices around product support and development on modern SAP S/4HANA setups .
  • Acting as a ‘team lead’, representing a handful of co-workers in their well-being & development at work, and more general HR-ish matters.

Hobby projects (ranked by time spent):

  • Home repairs and heavy-duty landscaping - taking “touch grass” too literally.
  • Processing several years of notes and starred RSS feed items into a LLM-powered personal knowledge base, inspired by Andrej Karpathy’s LLM wiki concept.
  • Vibe coding family apps, everything from our monthly budget tracking to a locked-down Android tablet app platform for my toddler. Personal computing for the win!

What I’m Consuming

Reading

  • Lord of the Rings series (starting with The Hobbit) in Danish (“Ringenes Herre”). Currently mid-way through De to Tårne.

Watching

  • Gene Kelly’s classics, so far Singing in the Rain and American in Paris. My toddler is obsessed with 40’s/50’s/60’s musicals (really anything with Judy Garland, Gene Kelly, or Julie Andrews). Can’t complain!
  • WALL-E on repeat (see above).
