How long does it take to set up?

Most teams are live in less than 24 hours. Just upload your floorplan (we support drag-and-drop), sync your user directory, and invite your team. We can also help build your maps for you.

Do I need special hardware or sensors?

No hardware required. Tactic is a software-first solution. Users check in via the mobile app, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or QR codes placed on desks. Sensors are optional but not needed to get started.

Does this work with Slack and Microsoft Teams?

Yes! Employees can find and book desks directly inside Slack and MS Teams without ever opening a browser. Our bot handles reminders and check-ins right where your team already communicates.

Can I assign permanent desks for specific people?

Absolutely. You can mark desks as "Assigned" for executives or residents, while keeping the rest of the office flexible for hot-desking or hoteling.

Is there a minimum number of users?
