We built it for ourselves first
From one overwhelmed business owner to 750+ businesses publishing on autopilot. Here is how it happened.
2023
The problem, first-hand
Vincent launches rankbid.io and several other websites as a solo business owner. Each one needs SEO, and SEO means keyword research, articles, internal links and patience he does not have after running the businesses. He knows the potential of organic traffic, so he starts testing the first LLMs, GPT-3 and its successors, to see how much of the work could be automated.
2024
The first lines of code
In November 2024, Vincent starts writing BlogSEO to fix his own SEO. Vibe coding does not exist yet, or is nowhere near good enough to trust, so every single line is written by hand: the site analysis, the keyword discovery, the article pipeline.
2025
BlogSEO launches publicly
BlogSEO goes public running on GPT-4.1, without images: a simple end-to-end writer that turns a website into an SEO article and publishes it to Contentful or WordPress. Conversations with other business owners show they all share the same struggle, so the internal tool becomes the main business. Images, the affiliate program and a dozen integrations follow within months.
2026
Full autopilot, on-page and off-page
We talk to our users every week and build what they ask for. Backlinks launch in March 2026, making BlogSEO a complete solution that handles on-page and off-page SEO on autopilot. AI visibility tracking follows, because ChatGPT and other AI tools now take a growing share of search. BlogSEO publishes to 23+ CMS platforms and counting, and 750+ businesses rely on it every day.
Our story
Why we built BlogSEO
SEO used to leave founders with two bad options. Pay an agency thousands a month for a handful of articles, or spend evenings writing content that never gets read. Most small businesses picked a third option: doing nothing.
Vincent studied graph theory and machine learning applied to search engines at Polytechnique, then spent years ranking his own sites by hand. He knew what Google rewards: consistent publishing, real keyword research, internal links, backlinks, and clean technical foundations. None of it is magic. All of it is work.
When reasoning models arrived, most people used them to publish junk faster. We wanted the opposite. An agent that does the rigorous part of SEO properly: analyze the site, find the keywords competitors miss, write in the brand's voice, link the articles together, publish on schedule, build backlinks, and measure what actually ranks on Google and gets cited by ChatGPT.
That work became BlogSEO. When it started working on our own sites, and then on our first customers' sites, we knew it had to be available to every founder and marketer, not only the ones who can afford an agency.

BlogSEO is an AI-native company based in Paris, France. AI-native means the product was designed around large language models from its first line of code in 2024: reasoning models do the research, the writing and the linking, AI assistants can operate the whole platform through our MCP server, and visibility in AI answers is tracked next to Google rankings.
The platform covers, in one subscription, the work usually split between an SEO agency and a stack of separate tools. 750+ businesses, from solo founders to marketing teams and agencies, use it to grow their traffic from Google and from AI search engines like ChatGPT. Here is what it includes.

BlogSEO crawls your website, maps the pages and keywords you already have, and builds a keyword list for your niche with search volume, competition, opportunity score and search intent, grouped into topic clusters that feed the content calendar.

Track up to 10 competitors per website. BlogSEO benchmarks an article against the pages ranking in Google's top results for its keyword, lists the topics and terms they cover that yours does not, and pulls the backlink profile of any competing domain.
