I had previously called 2 times because my ftp was not working. both times got a rep who was vey hard to understand and ended up not getting my ftp issue fixed. third time wa a charm as John was able to communicate in English and understood my problem. He was able to establish new a new ftp connection and now I can publish my website changes again!
