Chris Chan

Chris Chan is a member of our Retail and Private Equity practices.

Chris works directly with corporate clients to support full potential transformations - with a focus on operating model redesign and scale change management efforts that align strategy and organization to drive results. Chris also has extensive due diligence experience. Focusing on consumer and retail assets, he leads teams through deep consumer and market research, advanced analytics, and financial modeling to assess market and competitive dynamics and overall investment attractiveness.

Chris has been with Bain for over a decade and has worked in the Toronto, Oslo, and Seattle offices.

In addition to his client work, Chris is an active member of our Pride at Bain and Asian at Bain affinity groups. He also participates actively in our recruiting and global training efforts and leads various local programs in the Seattle office.

Chris holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BS and BA from the University of Pennsylvania. He has earned multiple academic honors and distinctions, including election to Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa.
