This program is for second-year undergraduate students who want to learn more about how Bain empowers its women leaders and want to explore what a career at Bain could look like. You’ll get an inside look at our work, our people, and the impact you can make here.

Join Bain’s CREW: Build skills. Build confidence.

Bain’s Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW) program is for second-year (sophomore) undergraduate students interested in hearing from powerful women leaders in strategy consulting about how they have thrived at Bain, in learning more about what a career in consulting could look like, and in building their leadership toolkit. CREW participants will also have the opportunity to network and build connections with members of our Women at Bain affinity group. 

The CREW program is for second-year (sophomore) students who will be completing a four-year undergraduate degree in the United States or Canada by winter 2027 or spring 2028. Women are especially encouraged to apply.

How to apply for this program

Applications for the 2026 CREW program are now open and will close on December 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM PT.

When applying, you’ll be asked to select up to three office preferences, as well as submit your: ​

  • Educational information 
  • Unofficial transcript 
  • Test scores (if applicable)
