Bain’s Connecting and Resourcing Empowered Women (CREW) program is for second-year (sophomore) undergraduate students interested in hearing from powerful women leaders in strategy consulting about how they have thrived at Bain, in learning more about what a career in consulting could look like, and in building their leadership toolkit. CREW participants will also have the opportunity to network and build connections with members of our Women at Bain affinity group.
The CREW program is for second-year (sophomore) students who will be completing a four-year undergraduate degree in the United States or Canada by winter 2027 or spring 2028. Women are especially encouraged to apply.

Frequently asked questions

    Who is eligible to apply to the CREW program? 
    The CREW program is for second-year (sophomore) students who will be completing a four-year undergraduate degree in the United States or Canada by winter 2027 or spring 2028. Women are especially encouraged to apply.

    Do I need to have any prior experience in consulting to participate? 
    No, you don’t need any prior experience to be accepted into the CREW program – nor to get value from it. We encourage you to apply no matter your major or background.

    When do interviews take place? What is the interview process like?
    There will be no formal interviews for CREW. All applicants will be asked to answer several questions in a video format through the HireVue platform following the application deadline. 
- 
    When and where is the in-person CREW program?
    The CREW program will be hosted in late February across several North American offices. Participants will be placed in offices closest to their university. Additional details will be provided to candidates selected to participate in the program.

    If I’m not selected for CREW, can I still apply to Bain in the future?
    Absolutely, and we encourage it. CREW is highly selective and if you aren’t selected, please stay in touch and apply for an Associate Consultant Internship (ACI) opportunity in the summer prior to your third (junior) year.
