At AV-Connection, we always offer 30 days of price protection on all our products. This price protection ensures you can shop with confidence, knowing you won't need to worry about price reductions within the next 30 days. Should it happen, you can contact our customer service to get the difference refunded.

Price Protection Terms:

Price protection applies to all our products – even during campaigns such as Black Friday.
Price protection is valid for 30 days from the date the product is received or collected from one of our stores.
Applies only to private purchases.
Price protection only applies to price reductions in our own physical stores or on our webshop.

How to Use Price Protection at AV-Connection

To use our price protection, you must notify us within 30 days of your purchase if a product you bought is now available at a reduced price on our webshop or in one of our physical stores. Once the difference is approved, the amount will typically be refunded to the payment card used at the time of purchase.
