  • Chemsex can create a sense of connection, but it doesn't always ease loneliness, and can cause real issues with consent. When alcohol or drugs are involved, consent can become harder to give, get, or even understand. Checking in with yourself and others matters, and if you're unsure of how to manage your chems use or how it's affecting you, SASH is here to support you with our range of free services to help you figure it out 💜 🔗 Find support at SASH by filling out the Support form on our website www.sashlondon.org and one of our friendly team will be in touch on next steps! #sexualhealthweek #letsconnect #sash #healthyrelationships #consent

This Sexual Health Week, we're exploring the many ways people connect and reminding everyone that respect, consent and safety matter in every type of relationship. 🤝 Whatever your circumstances, you deserve access to confidential, non-judgemental sexual health support. 🔗 Find support at SASH by filling out the Support form on our website www.sashlondon.org and one of our friendly team will be in touch on next steps! #sexualhealthweek #letsconnect #sash #healthyrelationships #transactionalrelationships

Spiking doesn’t always start with a stranger offering you a drink. In fact, only 15% of drink spiking victims accepted a drink from a stranger. Spiking can happen to anyone, anywhere - including when you’re with people you know, at venues you trust, or drinking something you’ve bought yourself. That’s why awareness matters. We need to stop the myths, recognise the signs and know how to respond. Spiking is never the victim’s fault. #StampOutSpiking #SpikingAwareness #EndSpiking #SaferNightsOut #Spiking

  • Festival season is upon us! Not sure what you should take? Here are 5 essentials you need to take to your next festival 🎶 ☀️ Suncream - Nothing kills the festival vibe like being burnt to a crisp on day one! Apply SPF regularly, especially if you're spending hours outdoors. Future you will thank you. 💦 Reusable Water Bottle - Walking, dancing, and hot weather can leave you dehydrated before you even realise it. Make use of free water points available around the festival and stay hydrated. ⚡️ Portable Charger - A dead phone can turn a fun festival day into a stressful one because it’s your, ticket, map, way to contact friends, and way to call for help. Keep your phone charged with a portable charger. 🍬 Condoms - Even if you're not expecting a festival romance, it's always better to be prepared! Being prepared helps protect against STIs and unplanned pregnancy. Better to be safe than sorry! ℹ️ Emergency Info - Saying "I'll remember it" isn't always a reliable plan, so save these in your phone: Emergency contact, friends' phone numbers, meeting point details, festival welfare and medical locations. Remember! The safest festival essential is looking out for each other! Check in on your mates, trust your gut, and don't be afraid to ask for help if something doesn't feel right. If you need support when your at a festival, you can speak to the festival welfare team, festival staff or security. #festivalseason #festivalvibes #readingfestival #leedsfestival #nottinghillcarnival
