Spiking doesn’t always start with a stranger offering you a drink. In fact, only 15% of drink spiking victims accepted a drink from a stranger. Spiking can happen to anyone, anywhere - including when you’re with people you know, at venues you trust, or drinking something you’ve bought yourself. That’s why awareness matters. We need to stop the myths, recognise the signs and know how to respond. Spiking is never the victim’s fault. #StampOutSpiking #SpikingAwareness #EndSpiking #SaferNightsOut #Spiking

I was spiked 3 times in 10 years. Each time in London. Each time in groups of friends/colleagues/people I knew. Never assume. Always be alert. For you, and for your friends. Thank you Stamp Out Spiking for all you are doing. 🙏🏻✨
