We pushed leading models into long and complex conversations to test a simple question: Does AI really lose its memory under pressure? The answer was clear. The large models stayed stable, even when we overloaded the context. These are the questions that drive us at Parloa, as we want to deliver amazing AI <> Human experiences. This is why we are launching Parloa Labs! Every day our agents run millions of interactions. That gives us something unique, the ability to see how AI actually behaves in production. In our second recent study, we leveraged just that to study not only how models speak but how they decide. Our insight: We could see that GPT 5.2 reduced routing failures by 4x and executed actions much more reliably. The results of both these studies are interesting on their own. But what excites me even more is the broader mission: Open the Black Box of AI to everyone. In our view this is how we make it both trustworthy and perhaps also relatable. This video shows “direct fire”, but integration into radar systems is already under way. We signed on multiple OEM partners for the interceptor and primes for launcher integration into land vehicles.

Today it's only the starting gun: decacorns,centicorns, and soon enough, trillicorns. AI has steepened venture's power law. Nearly half of global venture went to AI last year, and a few companies absorbed most of that. More capital chasing fewer outcomes makes for a harder VC game. So who ends up owning the few companies that matter? Capital is abundant. Access and judgment remain scarce. What a thrilling time to be in venture! For founders who might find this relevant: applications for Onstage (by Sifted) Demo Day W26 close at 11am on Tuesday, 22 September. A bit of context on what happens after you apply: the applications are shared with 350+ VCs, including investors from Sequoia, General Catalyst and GV. Twenty companies will then be selected to pitch in London on 21 October, in front of an audience of 200+ investors. Founders who have previously taken part have raised more than £500m collectively. The programme is open to startups from pre-seed to Series A, based anywhere in Europe, and you don’t need to be actively fundraising to apply. The application itself takes around ten minutes. Of course, with only twenty companies making it to the stage, the selection is competitive. But even if you’re not selected, your application will still be seen by 350+ investors, which makes those ten minutes potentially quite worthwhile. https://lnkd.in/dDxGPc7H

The interesting thing here isn't the panel — it's that Dublin can now fill a room on a weeknight with AI founders and the investors who actually write cheques into them. Five years ago you'd have struggled. Density like that is what makes an ecosystem work: fewer degrees of separation between a founder with a problem and someone who has already solved it. Saurabh is on the panel alongside Amy, Robert, Brian and Rena. Go.

The easiest way to find VC roles before they’re even posted is.... Most people apply when a VC job goes public. By then, hundreds of applicants are already competing. The smarter way is to track fund lifecycles. VC firms usually hire when: 1️⃣ They are in the 3rd–4th year of their fund: That’s when portfolio companies mature and firms need more support. 2️⃣ They are raising or have just closed a new fund: More capital = more deals = more hiring. So instead of randomly applying, track which funds are deploying capital. That’s where opportunities appear before they’re announced. Ways to find this information: • Fund announcements and press releases • Platforms like Crunchbase, PitchBook, Tracxn • LP announcements and portfolio updates • LinkedIn activity of partners VC recruiting is less about job portals and more about understanding how funds operate.
