Customers can now sell back their IKEA furniture, so it’s like shopping, but in reverse. And so IKEA ads appear in reverse, and even the iconic hotdog is inside-out, with a bun sausage and a sausage bun. For more than 25 years, we built everything together. In an industry famous for ego, we never had a single fight. Not one. We challenged ideas. We challenged clients. We challenged the work. But never each other. Sickness has the power to change almost everything. It never changed Ricardo. He remained curious. Kind. Funny. And somehow, according to himself, incredibly good-looking. Ricardo dedicated his life to one simple belief: ideas deserve to be better. He believed the difference between good and great was never talent alone. It was care. One more thought. One more edit. One better headline. The willingness to keep pushing long after everyone else had enough. Ricardo believed in the earned type of glory. But more importantly, he believed in people. His greatest legacy isn’t the awards he won. It’s the people he made better. You’ll find Ricardo in every copywriter who refuses the obvious headline. Every designer who obsesses over one more pixel. Every editor who cuts three more frames. Every creative who asks, “Can this idea be better?” That’s where he’ll live. People like Ricardo remind us that creativity was never about the self. E quase morri de susto❤️ Ela traz uma notícia que me enche de orgulho: fui indicada ao Caboré, na categoria Profissional de Veículo do Ano, a mais importante premiação do mercado publicitário brasileiro. Receber um reconhecimento como esse é uma honra. Obrigada salles neto Marcelo Gomes e Meio&Mensagem . Com a gaiola chegaram mensagens de pessoas que fazem a minha carreira ter sentido desde que comecei, aos 18 anos. Colegas, alunos, clientes, times, parceiros e amigos. Pessoas com quem aprendi, construí, errei, acertei, mudei de ideia e compartilhei tantos capítulos desse caminho. Entre Brasil e Estados Unidos, trabalhei em 10 agências, 2 consultorias e nos últimos 5 anos na Meta. Vivo de um lado pro outro, entre culturas, idiomas e realidades diferentes. Em todos esses lugares, uma coisa nunca mudou: minha crença no poder das relações, das boas conversas e dos negócios construídos com intenção e integridade. O mercado não é simples. Nunca foi. E talvez seja justamente por isso que continuo tão apaixonada por ele. É isso que me move. Juliana Paracencio reacted on thisJuliana Paracencio reacted on thisOntem foi um dia maluco. Daqueles que por rolarem quase nunca, a gente acaba se lembrando pra sempre. O dia já tava bom antes. Juri do profissionais do ano, discutindo ideia, revendo amigos. Mas aí o celular toca. Sem parar. Gente da agência ligando, mandando mensagem. Eles sabiam que eu tava preso numa sala de júri. Ou era coisa muito ruim. Ou era coisa muito boa. É claro que achei que era muito ruim. Mas não era. Como assim? Gaiola, pra mim? Não viaja. Bloqueei o celular e tentei trazer de volta a concentração pro júri. Dez segundos. Aquela olhada de rabo de olho, o celular explodindo de mensagem. Era verdade. Os primeiros abraços foram dos colegas jurados. De lá, foi correr pra agência, a tempo de receber outros abraços. De ler dezenas de mensagens de gente que admiro, dizendo que me admira. De fazer um discurso improvisado. E já tarde da noite tirar essa foto aí embaixo, com a agência vazia e cara de cansado. A gaiola foi comigo pra casa, curtir com a família. E dormiu no quarto da filha. É legal demais ser indicado. É tudo o que dizem mesmo. Receber o carinho de tanta gente que participou da minha trajetória. Principalmente nesse mercado que desafia tanto a gente. Que desafia a continuar sendo criativo. A continuar sendo do bem. É claro que essa indicação não reconhece não só a mim, mas também o trabalho incrível que todo mundo da GUT vem fazendo, do qual tenho muito orgulho em fazer parte. E isso me deixa ainda mais feliz. Obrigado GUT São Paulo, uma agência para qual eu me dôo tanto, e sempre me devolve o dobro.
