With our new Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager visiting HQ from New York, we wanted to give them a proper ONER welcome. What better way to do that than a rooftop Thirsty Thursday in Shoreditch? It was a great opportunity for the team to connect, share ideas, and spend time together outside of the office. This month's Thirsty Thursday was all about bringing a little extra sparkle to the office, which meant only one thing: bedazzling ✨ Hair clips, hairbrushes, phone cases, lip balms... if it could sparkle, it did. Safe to say the team took "make it shine" very seriously! 💎 It was the perfect way to step away from our desks and embrace our creative sides. ONER MISSION 2026 Recently, our team came together for two days to reflect on how far we've come and get excited about what's ahead. We kicked things off at the Design Museum in Kensington, London, where our Founder, Krissy, shared her personal story, the journey behind ONER, and our philosophy of Strength. Our CEO, Zach, gave an insightful business update, our Design Director, Vikki, unveiled an immersive look at our H2 2026 product roadmap with models showcasing what's to come, and our People and Team Advisor & Coach, Sue, introduced our new ONER Mindset. We also heard from our Founder and Retail Director during a fireside chat, where they answered questions about the upcoming opening of our very first New York store and shared an exciting glimpse into what's next for ONER's retail journey. From there, we headed to Oakley Court for a dinner and awards evening by the river, followed by lots of dancing. We wrapped up day two with breakfast, a boat trip down the river to a sound bath and a BBQ in the sunshine. Taking time away from the day to day to learn, celebrate, and spend time together is something we really value, and we're looking forward to everything that's still to come.
