What if your after-work plans involved surfing and watching the sunset in Costa Rica? One of the things we care about at Lem-uhn is giving our team more freedom over where and how they work. This month, Mollie Precious has been making the most of our Work From Anywhere policy and working from Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Client work has carried on as usual, but outside of work she’s been surfing, exploring, meeting new people and, of course, making the most of the sunshine. As Mollie puts it: “It’s a pretty great feeling getting to finish a day of work and be able to go and watch the sunset and jump in the sea. Being able to have that freedom and flexibility is an amazing part of being with Lem-uhn.” We introduced our Work From Anywhere policy because we don’t think doing brilliant work has to mean being in the same place all year round. And we have to admit, Costa Rica makes a pretty good office backdrop. 🌴👩💻
