We are excited to announce the first 5 companies have been published to the CFIHOS Software Conformance Database. Five of our member companies have now shared detailed insights into how their software supports various areas of the CFIHOS business process. You can explore their submissions at: https://lnkd.in/eKv9uBjJ You can navigate the site to see which versions of CFIHOS they support, areas on the business process and see examples of their software in action. A big thank you and congratulations to AUCOTEC, DMS Co., Ltd., Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence, Kraken IM, and metaphacts GmbH. Your contributions mark an important step toward greater transparency and alignment across the industry. Stay tuned: more submissions are in the pipeline and we have plans to extend the areas of conformance. Why use the Conformance Database? For Software Vendors: Listing your solution is a powerful way to demonstrate market leadership. It provides a platform to verify your software’s alignment with industry standards, increasing your visibility to major Operators and EPC's. For Software Users: The database serves as a trusted roadmap for digital transformation. It allows users to quickly identify which tools natively support CFIHOS and how. Understand how different software packages fit into your specific information supply chain. Gain confidence that the software you choose will maintain high-quality, standardised data from project phase through to operations. Huge thank you to everyone that made it Houston for our Face to Face and making it the success it was. One of the workshops we ran was a CFIHOS “Do’s & Don’ts”, we had loads of great input, strong opinions, and a few laughs along the way. We received 100's of suggestions and votes, but when you strip it all back, the key messages were pretty simple 👇 ❗Be contractually clear - be clear about the version, RDL etc, any deviations, and what compliance actually means ❗KISS - clarity beats complexity every time. Templates, examples, and plain language go a long way ❗Align early - get engineering, procurement, IM, and suppliers on the same page before the award ❗Use CFIHOS+ wisely and sparingly - extend, don’t reinvent ❗Plan and pay for it - data quality and governance aren’t free but the investment is worth it ❗Don’t assume everyone knows CFIHOS - invest in training, support, and celebrate those who get it right In short: make it clear, make it simple, and use it all the way across the supply chain.
