Achy — self-billed as the ‘Faro Erotic Spa’ — is the only dedicated erotic and sensual massage storefront our research turned up in Faro city, with a main room on Rua de São Luís in the Sé e São Pedro centre and a second in Montenegro, conveniently near the airport. In a regional capital otherwise bare of the trade, that near-monopoly is its own recommendation.

A menu of two halves

The card splits cleanly: an erotic side — the ‘Sensual Mega’ signature, nuru, tantric, yoni, a ‘mix sensual’ and an unspecified ‘special massage’ — and a conventional wellness side of therapeutic and relaxation work with aromatherapy, sauna and body wraps as add-ons.
