How does a first consultation work?
You send a few details through the contact form, where you are, where you want to be, anything already in motion. I read every message myself and reply, usually the same working day. The first written brief comes after a short call or email exchange, mapping the realistic pathways and the ones to skip, before any money changes hands.
Do you charge for the first conversation?
The first message and the short orientation conversation are free. Fees apply once you ask me to prepare a written case plan or take on the application work itself. I quote in writing before any commitment.
Can you help if I am currently in Hungary, Australia, or somewhere else?
Yes, the advisory and case-management work runs over email and calls, so where you are today is rarely the bottleneck. We handle the practical side together regardless of timezone.
Will I work with you directly, or with a team?
Directly. Tasman Visa is a solo practice, every email you send is read by me, every plan you receive is written by me. I do not hand cases off to junior staff or outsource the file work.
Suzanne is always very helpful, quick, and up to date with the latest information. She handled one of my Australian visa applications, and even after the submission, she was always happy to assist with any questions or help manage any related matters.
