#Throwback to 4 October 2014, when I read a book with the children at kidsREAD’s 10th anniversary celebration at Ang Mo Kio Public Library.

Today is the library’s last day at its current location. Since 1985, this standalone library has been a place for reading and learning. In November, the library will move to AMK Hub. I am sure it will create many more memorable experiences in its new home.

Visited the Orchid Extravaganza for a #jalanjalan at Gardens by the Bay.

The show features more than 7,000 orchids and celebrates the rich heritage and cultural diversity of Indonesia. It was interesting to see how orchids, a flower closely associated with Singapore, are paired together with elements of Indonesia's rich artistic and cultural traditions.
