Print payment receipts

Applies to editions of Google Workspace and other paid subscriptions in your Google Admin console.

If you sign up for Workspace from Gmail on Android, you instead manage billing and subscriptions in Google Play.

If you’re deleting your organization's Google Account for any paid subscription, you should first print your payment receipts as described here and print your monthly invoices.

View or print a payment transaction

  1. Sign in with an administrator account to the Google Admin console.

    If you aren’t using an administrator account, you can’t access the Admin console.

  2. Next to your subscription, click View invoices.
  3. Select a date range from the drop-down menu at the top of the list.
  4. Locate the transaction and click its payment link in the Description column. A window opens showing a printable receipt. Print the receipt with your browser’s Print command.
