#261 Make jmol compliant with xdg base directory specifications (freedesktop)

I noticed Jmol creates .jmol directory inside user's $HOME. It contained a history file.
This behavior clutters the home directory and doesn't comply with XDG base directory specification.

So, my suggestion would be to move such files according to standard, either in code or through setting environment variables.
