This is an upstream change, not the grabber. I've checked the source
files and episodes of "Film 2013" have been renamed to "Film" with a
subtitle of "Film 2013".

I've just added a fixup that should revert such episodes to the title
"Film 2013". Please let me know if it works for you.

The CVS changelog of the fixups file is probably the easiest way to
see the additions/deletions from the file:

It may be worth posting them to see if others have an opinion on
whether to rename them (or not).

Two titles that I have removed via fixups that come to mind are the
BBC Springwatch/Autumnwatch series. The grabber's debug output
contains a list of titles containing possible years, so I am usually
aware of which titles could be fixed up.

Finally, note that it is possible to move a year in a programme's
title to the subtitle field, rather than losing it entirely. This may
help to preserve as much metadata as possible whilst keep the
programme's title consistent over subsequent broadcast years.
