Erik Lindberg shared thisFive years at Sana. You'd think the pace would start to feel normal. It doesn't. This past six months, the product team shipped three agents into production — live across every customer, everywhere. Not a feature. Not a pilot. A genuine shift in what L&D teams can do. 3.4 million learner questions answered. 1.29 million hours given back to content teams. 900 admin tasks completed on autopilot, every single day. One user handed the admin agent an hour of work and timed it. Twenty seconds. I've had a front-row seat to this company for five years, and I still find myself genuinely surprised by what this team builds. That's a rare thing. Proud to bring this to market. Even more excited to see what customers do with it next. Everything we shipped the past six months 👇 https://lnkd.in/ePDRkUzj

Erik Lindberg shared thisToday we launched Admin mode in Sana Learn. At Sana, we've been building AI to augment every major role in the learning experience. Not just learners, but also the people who create and operate learning behind the scenes. Learners have the AI tutor, delivering personalized coaching and paths tailored to their goals, knowledge, and progress. Authors have Edit mode, making it possible for anyone to create beautiful, engaging learning experiences. And now, learning teams have Admin mode. Whether it's rolling out training, managing users, maintaining content, or answering operational questions about your learning programs, Admin mode helps teams get work done through conversation instead of clicks. Excited to see what our customers build with it!

Erik Lindberg shared thisProud to see Sana lighting up London this week with our new OOH campaign across the city. What started as a small team in Stockholm is now a fast-growing UK story, partnering with some of the world’s most important organizations to reimagine learning with AI. Grateful to be part of building this team and this chapter – and we’re only just getting started.

He was just 19 years old when he founded Sana in 2016, entirely self taught in code, convinced that artificial intelligence would transform how people learn and work for the better. Late last year, Sana became part of the Workday family to accelerate our commitment to superintelligent, trusted agentic AI to the enterprise. Joel will be speaking and announcing something special at Sana AI Summit on May 21st. Hosted live at the New York Public Library, Sana AI Summit is where the world's most pioneering leaders, thinkers, and builders explore the impact of AI across disciplines. Seats are going fast. Erik Lindberg shared thisSana is officially live for Workday 🚀 In just 90 days, we’ve turned the world’s most trusted system of record into a system that does the work. By embedding Sana’s superintelligence into the Workday platform, we’re bringing a new AI-first UI to 75M+ users across 65% of the Fortune 500. The Highlights: - Agents that actually deliver work across HR, Finance, and IT. - Inherits Workday’s deep permissions and business rules from day one. - From individual tasks to redesigned processes We’re moving from selling software to selling work. This is the easiest way for agents to find answers, take action, and automate workflows in the flow of work. Huge milestone for the Sana and Workday teams. Superintelligence for work is here, and we’re only getting started. Read more: https://w.day/4lDqlm6

Erik Lindberg reposted thisErik Lindberg reposted thisBig day today! Sana is now live for Workday. Three months ago we started building. Today we're live across 65% of the Fortune 500. We're moving from selling software to selling work: one place where agents can find, create, and automate work across people, finance, IT, and more. All orchestrated through Sana. Agents only work when they understand how companies run. Workday is the deepest system of record for exactly that. Combined with our acquisition of Pipedream, we have the widest set of connectors to make agents truly effective. So incredibly proud of the thoughtfulness and care the team brought to every detail, and we're just getting started. If you want to bring superintelligence to work, we're hiring!

Erik Lindberg reacted on thisErik Lindberg reacted on thisI moved to New York to launch Agaton in the US. The response has been stronger than I expected, and it’s become clear that the opportunity here is much bigger than we originally planned for. So now I get to do one of my favorite parts of the job: build the team! I’m hiring GTM people in NYC, and I’m looking for people who want to build something from the ground up. We’ll win the first customers together, get some things wrong, fix them quickly and create the playbook as we go. If that sounds exciting, I’d love to meet you. And if someone immediately comes to mind, please send them my way. 🚀🚀🚀

Sad to not be there in person this year, but thankfully I will be in Riyadh next week. The Kingdom has a special place in my heart, and a powerful gravitational pull. We have a packed schedule, but if you're in town 28-30 Sept and available for a (Saudi) coffee, let me know. [The pictures show the evolution of my time in Saudi: from Debate Mate, through NEOM and now with Sana. Too many highlights to include, but working directly with a Minister at WTTC 2022 and the launch of Bujairi Terrace; likewise with the Strategic Management Office (SMO) - CEDA; with Jowharah Al-Theyeb at World Skills, Lyon; Amna Aljefri and I at Misk Foundation Global Forum 2024 (and with Masoma, Sultan, Sarah and others at 2025!), and our recent partner engagements across Riyadh are worth calling out. Likewise some cherished moments with family and friends]

Erik Lindberg reacted on thisFreda is live! 🚀 It’s been a privilege working with this team leading up to launch. Having joined little over a month ago, I can’t take much credit for it, but it’s been fascinating to dig deeper into what the team has been building over the past year. What quickly became clear when setting out to build Freda was that simply building an agentic platform to solve the busywork of compliance was not enough. Compliance runs on written language: millions of pages of legislation, standards and guidance, constantly changing across every jurisdiction. So before a system can meaningfully act on compliance work, it has to be able to read and understand all of that reliably. What Freda has built is truly impressive. One of the largest regulatory databases, grounded in primary sources and mapped to individual, machine-readable obligations across frameworks like GDPR, DORA, ISO, AI Act and many more. All stress-tested by legal experts against how these rules get applied in practice. Proud to get to work with this team!

Erik Lindberg liked thisErik Lindberg liked thisIt's been 2 weeks at Sana, and after joining meetings with my colleagues engaging with companies from all over Europe, here are some of my first takeaways as a learner 📝 Too many tools. Most companies have good tools for making content, running an LMS, and hosting live or blended sessions. But these tools don't always talk to each other. So finding the right knowledge becomes harder than it should be. Too much manual work. A lot of admin tasks still aren't automated. That means less time for building great learning experiences, and more time on repetitive work. AI is here, but not fully used yet. Everyone's excited about AI, but right now it's mostly used for simple things, like writing content. It's not yet part of the full learning journey. If you work in L&D: what's your dream for this industry next year? 😃 I'd love to hear your take. #LearningAndDevelopment #ProfessionalDevelopment #SkillsTraining

International expansion is a key growth driver for our portfolio companies. With a team on the ground in London, we can work even more closely with them as they enter new markets and grow through strategic acquisitions across Northern Europe. The UK is also home to a strong community of ambitious, often founder-led B2B software companies – making London a natural next step for Monterro. We look forward to growing our network, building new relationships and creating more opportunities for our portfolio companies across Europe. Stop by if you're in London. https://lnkd.in/e5juznC8 #B2BSoftware #SoftwareGrowth #London

Erik Lindberg liked thisErik Lindberg liked thisThere’s a big difference between talking about AI agents and actually building them to solve concrete business problems. At our recent Sana Enterprise Hackathon, we chose the latter. With colleagues from engineering, sales, product, and customer success in one space, the mission was simple: ➡️ Using our own product to build agents that tackle real pain points for our customers. My key takeaway from the session? Innovation accelerates the moment you break down functional silos. When shared energy meets genuine customer empathy, complex problems can get solved in hours. And that's exactly what we did: making AI a tangible reality for our customers! Major thanks to Johannes Peter Raiser, JP Ephithite, Helena ”Mimmi” Lundberg, Jaana Kastinen, Oscar Svärd, Ian Holmér, Elisa Palha, William Ullbors, Will Stoddart for the planning and execution and to everyone who brought their problem-solving mindset to this collaborative session – I can’t wait for the positive impact AI has on our clients.

Today, we’re bringing together 25 sales and revenue leaders from technology companies focused on international growth for four hours of roundtable workshops around their most pressing GTM challenges. We’ll share and challenge each other around lessons from scaling businesses from €0 -> €30M ARR and €5M -> €50M ARR, as try to find what actually works when it comes to talent, execution, pipeline generation, leadership and entering new markets. The goal is simple: Create a community where we can achieve more together than we can individually. Today’s roundtable is just the catalyst for that. If you’re a sales or revenue leader in Stockholm and would be interested in joining future sessions like this, ping me or Alastair. We’re building a true level-up community for ambitious, curious, growth-minded and generous people.

Erik Lindberg reacted on thisErik Lindberg reacted on thisOne year! Yes, it has already been one year since I started working at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Singapore ! It’s interesting how expat life in Singapore has given us as a family, so much life in every year. So much happens all the time that one year somehow feels like three! That’s one of, if not the biggest, perk of living abroad. My journey with SwedCham started with me being a member, attending quite a few events and being very impressed by what Anna Hedve Landgren (She/Her/Hers) and Lisa Ferraton had created—the crowd, the energy, and Lisa as a force of nature heading the Chamber. Little did I know that last year I would be given the opportunity to actually work at SwedCham. As with every new role, it takes a little time for the dust to settle. But what a year it has been! And Lisa has continued to impress me and I’m learning a lot from her, the job itself is extremely diverse, and the most rewarding part is getting to know so many interesting people along the way. No one mentioned, no one forgotten, as we say in Sweden. Lucky me! Here’s to one more year. Or three…?
